Day 11: Indian potatoes, cauliflower and peas. And several spices. :)
The first time I made this dish, it was a little dry. So this time, in addition to the potatoes, cauliflower and peas, I added some juicy whole peeled tomatoes (roughly chopped). I also wanted to add more spice than before, so I didn’t measure any of the spices I used… I just tossed in palmfuls of tumeric, paprika, and chili powder. And it turned out great! Now I’m stuffed.
