Today's lunch special at work: Braised short ribs, Gorgonzola polenta, and Brussels sprout leaves. The meat was so tender that my fork went through it like a hot knife through butter. The polenta was creamy and had the right amount of Gorgonzola cheesiness. And the Brussels sprouts? They would make any Brussels sprouts hater into a lover. OMFG. I love this café. I love my job. That's all.
