Color Me Rad

I'm not a runner, but I love art and philanthropy -- so I was easily persuaded to join the Color Me Rad 5K to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Not only are you running for a great cause, but during the run you get "color bombed," which means people throw fistfuls of dyed cornstarch at you as you pant your way down broken pavement.

I had a great time running with a fabulous team of ladies. And it was cool to see how everyone started out so clean in their white shirts and finished looking like messy toddlers after an art lesson gone awry.

My friend Yvette and me. Looking very rad.
