CSA: Week 2

I’m terribly late in posting this, but this is was in our share for the week: 

  • Yellow squash
  • Globe squash
  • Zucchini squash
  • Pattypan squash
  • Two huge bunches of kale (my favorite!)
  • Two gorgeous heads of lettuce
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • More strawberries (not pictured again because they were being devoured)

We’ve had the best salads, grilled squash, and pasta with kale this week. With the cauliflower, I plan on making this Indian-inspired dish. And the cabbage is being used for fish tacos. Mmm, mmm, mmm.
