Galettes at Bistrot Marguerite

After a long morning at the Louvre, we headed towards Hôtel de Ville and grabbed lunch on the terrace at Bistro Marguerite. I ordered un "galette complète," which is a buckwheat flour pancake (crêpe-like) covered with Emmental cheese, ham, and egg. It was incredibly filling and delicious, and I had a cold glass of fresh apple juice to go with it. And for dessert, I got a sugar-coated crêpe. Mmm...
